hey everyone!in case u guys are not sure, i am back frm my china trip 2 days ago. nah...xx didnt even know i have left and asked me if i was gg for class lunch on my first day at china. to xx: to save $$$ i didnt bother to reply ur msg.

these 2 weeks have been a fulfilling one.the company made the trip real fun! 20 of us altogether. room/bus mate: fen, buddies: yvonne,fiona, huifen, hostel buddies: ginny,jinjen,lao shi, fen,yvonne, eating buddies( haha kelvin esp), train buddies:fen, jayen,liu xuan, jingyuan buddy: wenwen,the hostel girls frm 311 and every new friend made. the air over there was foggy and polluted, singapore's air is definitely fresher. and yes in our 2nd wk there we experience gg toilets that have no doors. hehe but we got used to it qte fast. just go and dont look.so their toilet is just a drain for you to do business and a short wall partition. since the flushing system was not so gd, u could see the small/big business pther people have done.no wish tht they have toilet paper, cos apparently they do not need them. ok, there was one particular toilet tht surpasses the standards in s'pore. it's found at this really huge chain of restuarants and each toilet cubicle have a television! hahaha seriously amazing. ok enough of toilet talk agn. we actually got tv coverage during our visit to zhuzhou's jingyan middle school. so for 1 week, we were interviewed and followed about while we had our activities. haha we really didnt expect this to happen until lao shi told us we were the first overseas kao2 cha2 group to come to zhuzhou. to think when jingyan visited nj, none of us knew. we were qte paiseh abt the interviews and glad tht we do not have the chance to watch television at the hostel, but the played they whole news coverage on the last day during our "party". sigh......

hostel stay was erm a unforgettable one. heheh really. the hot water only lasts for abt an hour, so the 6 of us (including laoshi) got only a few mins to bathe. and the hot water is not very consistent. on the last night, the party ended late so we missed the hot water bathing time. all of us ended using the hot water from the dispenser ( water dispenser) contained in a bucket and i used a cup as my bathing tool. and all lights out at 10pm. as my throat was feeling bad, i usually drink lotsa of water and had to go toilet at night with a torchlight.interesting. our first night was really cold,many of us didnt know how we survived,not exxagerating ar,but i was practically shivering on my bed. aft the experience tht night, all of us became smarter and wore gloves covered an extra blanket to sleep. yup and the girls from 311 are adorable!! they came to find us personally to give us presents and they dont look 13 at all. hahah yah and of cos my jingyan buddy wen wen. her family was very nice too.yupps we took neoprints tog. taking neoprints at china is really funny, u got to choose frm a bk which backgrd u like. so if u are taking 18 shots,u choose 18 backgrds. if u are taking 36 shots, gd luck to u. aft tht u still need to enter the bckgrd serial code into the the machine. in the end we spent like 1 hr at that place?
